Editing supporter groups

Note: Only admins can edit the details of supporter groups.

To edit the key details of a supporter group, admins can:

  1. Navigate to the relevant supporter group via the left hand navigation (Supporter Groups > Supporter Groups > NAME OF YOUR SUPPORTER GROUP).
  2. On the group's main profile page, click the Edit button at the bottom-right.
  3. You can now edit:
  • The name of the group
  • The calendar status (Published, Unlisted, Hidden): This determines whether your supporter group (set up as a calendar page in NationBuilder) is live and appears on as a sub-page your main SupporterBase site (Published); is not currently live and only visible in your control panel (Hidden); or is live and accessible if someone has the link, but is not listed as a sub-page on your main SupporterBase site (Unlisted).
  • The tags associated with the group.
  • Any exclusion tags for the group.
  • Whether the group has a physical address and the venue name: noting that only groups with a physical address can be mapped.
  • Who should receive all approval notifications for the group (all admins or a designated point person/point people).
