Email blast statistics

After sending a bulk email in SupporterBase, you can review some basic delivery statistics, including:

1. How many people the email was sent to;
2. How many recipients opened the email;
3. How many recipients clicked on any links in the email;
4. How many people unsubscribed from any future email communications;
5. How many spam reports there were.

To do so:

• At the left-hand menu, click "Email Blasts" then select "Email blasts".
• You will see a list of emails sent by your group (each email is referred to by its subject line).
• Click "View" to the right of the email you want to know more about.
