NationBuilder configurations
To update your NationBuilder configurations, use the left-hand menu to navigate to Settings > Configurations, then ensure the "NationBuilder" tab is selected at the top of the page.
Here you can see the details of how your SupporterBase is connected to NationBuilder, including:
- View your slug (or the name of NationBuilder site connected to SupporterBase). For further information on slugs, refer to this article_from_NationBuilderhttps://support.nationbuilder.com/en/articles/2856125-what-is-a-slug (Private).
- View the name of your primary NationBuilder site. Sometimes organizations may choose to connect a separate site to SupporterBase that is not their primary website.
- Add or update your broadcaster ID to enable RSVP autoresponders. This corresponds to the broadcasters in your NationBuilder control panel, under Communication > View All broadcasters. If you have three broadcasters and want the broadcaster at the top of the list to also serve as your SupporterBase auto-responder broadcaster, enter “1”. - Add any “exclude event” tags.
- Add any default tags that should be added to supporters. For example, you may want to ensure that anyone entered into SupporterBase is tagged “Organization Name SupporterBase”, so the fact they are also part of a local group is reflected in your nation’s control panel.
