Imports
Admins and captains are able to view all past imports (noting admins can see imports across all groups, while captains can only see the imports for their group).
To view imports:
- Select Imports from the left-hand menu. You will see a list of all imports.
- Find the import you would like to review the details for, then click the View button at the right hand-side.
- If the import is still labelled as in Draft status, you will be able to use the dropdowns below to match each spreadsheet column with a database field.
- If the import status is Completed, this field mapping feature will be locked, but you will be able to see a summary of the import, including the number of rows that succeeded, were updated or failed.
- If you are an admin, you will also be able to see Download the Original CSV File that was imported.
Important note on minimum data requirements In order for people to be added to SupporterBase (via any of the methods outlined above) they must meet minimum data requirements. This means they must:
- Have the relevant group tags applied, as well as the master 'supporterbase' tag;
- Have either a valid phone number OR email;
- Have either a valid first name or last name; and
- Be contactable i.e. they have not unsubscribed from contact.
- Also ensure that only standard characters are present in your spreadsheet.
